When are the arcades open?
Both our South Boardwalk and our Tanger-Bayside arcades are open year round. The South arcade is weather-dependent so follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the most up-to-date news. Our Tanger-Bayside arcade follows the Tanger Outlets hours and is open 7-days a week, year-round.
Do you have public bathrooms?
While we don’t have restrooms inside the arcade, we are conveniently located just steps away from the public facilities on Delaware Avenue for the South Arcade and the main Tanger-Bayside restrooms. Our team can point you in the right direction!
Can I take food and drink into the arcades?
To keep our vintage and cutting-edge games in tip-top shape (and avoid any sticky situations!), we ask that you finish all food and drinks before entering the arcade. Thank you for helping us protect our games!
Where do I park?
For the South Arcade and Rooftop Mini-Golf, we are located on the corner of Delaware Avenue and the Boardwalk, however most parking spots downtown are just a short walk. There is free parking in downtown Rehoboth from September 15 – May 15. During the peak summer season, please follow all the signs for paid parking.
At the Tanger-Bayside arcade, you’ll find plenty of free parking right in front of our storefront!
Can I use the same game card at all locations?
Yes! Zelky’s game cards can be used interchangeably between all our locations. Points and play-credit are valid everywhere we are.
Do you have any perks and benefits for frequent players?
Absolutely! Our most frequent players join the Zelky’s Trunk Club to level up their experience and unlock exclusive rewards. Members move through Pink, Gold, and Platinum tiers to earn special perks and status! Ask any of our team members at the prize counter how to register your card and join the Trunk Club!
What happens if I lose my card?
We highly recommend joining the Zelky’s Trunk Club (it’s free)! When you register your card with us, we can track your balance. If your card ever goes missing, we can reissue it to you at no cost with your balances intact as long as your card has not been used. Contact Zelky’s immediately in the event of a lost card.
Does Zelky’s have a photography/videography policy?
We welcome any guests to take their own photos and encourage you to tag @ZelkysBeachArcade on social media so we can share! Guests to our Rooftop Mini-Golf Course will want to be sure to bring their cameras so they can snap some pictures at one of the most photogenic spots on the Rehoboth Boardwalk!
We also have signs posted at all Zelky’s locations that we reserve the right to take photos or videos in our public spaces for use in promotional material. Unless you specifically withdraw your consent with Zelky’s staff, by entering our facility you accept these terms.
Do you have a Lost & Found section?
We do our best to keep any items that are lost in our facilities, but cannot guarantee an item left behind will be turned in due to the large crowds that come through our doors. All guests are ultimately responsible for their own belongings.
If you do lose something, please call our main line, 302-227-1044, to see if we have it.
Are there any coupons or specials available for Zelky’s?
Our arcades offer daily deals on our game cards depending on the amount being loaded onto the card. The more you load, the more you’ll save! The kiosks in the front of each arcade will outline those deals for you or any of our friendly Zelky’s team members can assist you.
We also have coupons for Mini-Golf and Zelky’s merch in local visitor’s guidebooks, hotel lobbies, at the Rehoboth Visitor’s Center, and numerous other places around the Delaware Beaches.
Do you host birthday parties or private events?
We love a boardwalk party! Our South arcade offers space for birthday parties and private events. Please click for more details on how to make your next celebration legendary.
Why are Zelky’s North and Sno-balls closed?
Pardon the dust! There is currently construction happening at our North Arcade and Sno-balls locations. We’re excited to come back in a couple years, better than ever! Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook for reopening dates!
Where can I find Zelky's Donuts?
We know, we miss them too! Our donut stand closed a few seasons ago so we could focus 100% of our energy on bringing you the best arcade and mini-golf experience on the boardwalk. While the donuts are officially “retired,” you can still grab a free Zelky’s donut hat at our arcades to remember them by!
